Trossard and Saka Score as Gunners Take Step Towards Last-16
Arsenal took a big step towards reaching the last-16 of the Champions League by beating Sevilla 2-0 at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.
Goals from Leandro Trossard and Bukayo Saka were enough to give Mikel Arteta's side a deserved victory in their opening Group B match.
The Gunners dominated the game from start to finish, creating a number of chances and never really looking like they would lose. They could even afford to miss a penalty.
The win moves Arsenal up to four points at the top of the group, two ahead of second-placed Sevilla and three ahead of third-placed PSV Eindhoven.
With just two games remaining, Arsenal are in a strong position to qualify for the knock-out stages.
