Rwanda and WEB NANO Nuclear to Partner on Nuclear Energy Education and Regulation

Collaboration Aimed at Introducing Microreactor Technology in Rwanda

Rwanda and WEB NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on nuclear energy education and regulation. The partnership aims to facilitate the introduction of nuclear microreactor technology in Rwanda.

Benefits of the MoU:

• Provides technical assistance from WEB NANO Nuclear Energy Inc.
• Initiates cooperation between the two parties.
• Introduces microreactor technology.

About Nuclear Microreactors:

Nuclear microreactors are small reactors that typically generate less than 10 megawatts of electricity.

About WEB NANO Nuclear Energy Inc.:

WEB NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. is an American microreactor technology company. Its CEO, James Walker, met with the Rwanda Atomic Energy Board in August 2023.
